We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make good decisions about our home that we would enjoy with Sean always offering his help with his wealth of experience .

On time and within budget

We contracted Sean Frieling from Kustom Build to renovate our 1930’s bungalow adding on a 100m² extension which was no easy task! It required the tying in of old house with new, and Sean has mastered this perfectly. Sean always arrived on time and displayed an efficient business-like manner. Sean’s experience and skill meant that any challenges were easily overcome. We found Sean communicates well and shows respect. Kustom Build completed this project on time and within budget. I have been a contractor for 20 years and have worked on many building sites alongside various builders, but none compare with Sean’s neat, tidy and efficient manner in which he works. Exceptional organisation and communication skills

Kustom Build built my 3 bedroom, two bathroom dwelling; my three bay pole shed; and my double garage and self contained granny flat. Sean made me feel less stressed throughout the building process, as he was professional and trustworthy.
