KustomBuild was established in 2012 when Sean and his wife Leah returned home to Kaitaia after living in Auckland for the previous ten years.

Sean started his building career working on high end residential homes across Auckland mainly on the Northshore, Epsom and Remuera.

Their goal was to create a building company in Northland that delivers high quality workmanship and standards at an affordable price with clear and open communication with clients.

KustomBuild loves the satisfaction of seeing a job transform from start to finish and are accomplished in all aspects of the building process. They are proficient in the planning stages of a project and their extensive experience in dealing with council and planning requirements and working closely with engineers and architects ensures the foundations for your project are in good hands.

Sean is the Project Manager for all builds and renovations working closely with their clients, their builders, other trades and sub-contractors.

KustomBuild has a great team of skilled and experienced builders who have over 50 years combined experience in the industry. KustomBuild also employ apprentices that they train to become qualified builders through BCITO and it has been a pleasure to see them grow with KustomBuild.

Kustombuild are members of the Certified Builders Association and are licensed building practitioners.
